b. Customer equipment. «Customer Equipment» refers to the software, hardware or services you wish to use in relation to the Services that are not provided or rented by us or our agent. Notwithstanding the last sentence, all devices you purchased from us (or our agent) and as part of an express sales contract are «customer equipment.» You agree to allow us and our agents to offer us the rights to insert wired cards and other hardware into customer hardware, to send software and/or «downloads» to customer hardware, and to install, configure, maintain, verify and update customer hardware. You guarantee that you either own the customer equipment or that you are empowered to give us access to customers` equipment. If you do not own the customer equipment, it is your responsibility to obtain the required permission from the owner so that we and our agents can have access to the activities described in this paragraph. In addition, you agree to us or our agent if we request to provide the owner`s name, address and phone number and/or proof that the owner has granted such permission. To avoid any doubt, «Customer Equipment» does not contain Xfinity equipment for which you have paid unturned equipment fees. Sometimes you can`t avoid early termination if you terminate your service – after all, your contract is legally binding. However, depending on the company, your exact plan and the length remaining in your contract, it may be best to let your service expire. Subject to applicable law, we have the right to change our services, Xfinity equipment, prices and fees at any time with or without notice.

We may also reorganize, remove, add or modify features or offerings contained in the Services, including features, hours of availability, device requirements, speed and fare restrictions upstream and downstream. We may forward any notification of changes to the Service and our relationship with you, including notification of any changes to this Agreement, in one or more of the following ways, as we understand it at our sole discretion: (1) by posting them on www.xfinity.com or any other website you have been informed of; (2) by mail or manual delivery to your premises; (3) by email to the email address for your account in our files; or (4) including information about or with your bill for the (s) service (s). They agree that one of the above agreements constitutes sufficient and effective communication in accordance with this agreement. Since we may inform you from time to time of important information about (s) service (s) and this agreement through these methods, you agree that it is your responsibility to regularly check your email, email, service text and any articles on www.xfinity.com or any other website you have been informed of. If a significant change affects your services, you have the right to terminate your services. However, your continued receipt of the (s) service (s) for more than 30 days after the change is your acceptance of the amendment. These two sections make me believe that the early termination fee should not apply to convenience, since I am neglecting the contract for cause. However, I am referred to subsection d) section 5.2, which says, «I have had a direct television service in the past, where everything was fine and where the service was good. I moved the address and I called the direct TV to inform them of the move, well, I came to discover that the best option was to terminate this service and open a new service with the Internet and fixed network bundle. Everything was done by direct television, it would work according to the representative, because I would share the services with my son-in-law on the second floor.
